Our service catalog was designed with you, our customer, in mind. After you select your hardware configuration, you have the option to tell us how you want your dedicated server configured and the software packages you would like to have installed.

Included with every dedicated server is a comprehensive monitoring service to alert both you and our Xilogix support staff should issues arise. Our clients can monitor a wide variety of software systems on their dedicated servers and have alerts sent to them via e-mail. 

Also included is our package add, update and removal service. This service utilizes servers in our data center to provide the fastest updates and package installations possible. These systems will also verify that all the dependencies are met, installing other packages as required, to guarantee  that your server has everything required to run the new package.

Customization

To give you the broadest possible control, your are provided with the opportunity to specify drive partitioning, swap space allocation, and many other options on the setup of your dedicated server.
